Guðfinna Jóh. Guðmundsdóttir hefur mikla sérfræðiþekkingu og áratuga reynslu af fasteignalögfræði og húsnæðismálum en hún hefur starfað við slík mál frá árinu 1997. Guðfinna var lögfræðingur í félagsmálaráðuneytinu, hjá Íbúðalánasjóði, Húsnæðisstofnun ríkisins og á framkvæmda- og eignasviði Reykjavíkurborgar.
Guðfinna stofnaði Fasteignamál Lögmannstofu árið 2002 og hefur sérhæft sig í lögfræðimálum sem varða fasteignir svo sem í gallamálum, fjöleignarhúsamálum, húsaleigumálum, skipulags- og byggingarmálum.
Þjónustan byggir á áratuga þekkingu og reynslu í fasteigna- og gallamálum. Meðal viðskiptavina eru kaupendur og seljendur fasteigna, húsfélög, fasteignafélög, byggingaraðilar og sveitarfélög.
Flest ágreiningsmál sem upp koma við fasteignakaup snúast um galla. Ágreiningur vegna galla getur þó einnig komið upp við aðrar aðstæður svo sem við byggingu, breytingar eða viðhaldsframkvæmdir á húsum. Við aðstoðum þig við að meta stöðu þína, leiðbeinum þér um næstu skref og aðstoðum þig með málið til enda.
Guðfinna hefur á þriðja áraug aðstoðað kaupendur og seljendur nýrra og notaðra fasteigna í fjölda mála. Hún hefur t.d. aðstoðað hundruðir kaupenda (og húsfélög) í gallamálum vegna nýbygginga.
Þá hefur hún aðstoðað eigendur fasteigna, húsfélög og verktaka í málum er varða breytingar og framkvæmdir á húsum vegna galla sem upp hafa komið við slíkar framkvæmdir.
